We want billing expectations to stay clear for creators using recurring plans and AI generation allowances.

1. Subscription charges

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing cycle. Access to plan benefits begins when Stripe confirms a successful payment.

If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the already paid billing period unless local law requires otherwise.

2. Refund requests

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support with your account email, invoice date and a short explanation of the issue.

Refund requests are reviewed individually, especially in cases of duplicate charges, technical failures or accidental renewals reported promptly.

3. Tokens and generated content

Subscription value is tied to recurring token allowances and access to product capabilities. Heavy use of generation features may limit refund eligibility once benefits were substantially consumed.

Generated assets already delivered through the service are treated as consumed digital goods.

4. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact support so we can review the issue and help resolve it faster.

Accounts associated with abusive chargeback behavior may be suspended while we investigate payment disputes.
